Turn managers into coaches who engage, develop, and activate their teams.
Meet the Team
An ULTRA LEADERSHIP Development Experience
In an age of AI, expert problem-solvers become bottlenecks. Managers who solve every problem themselves are already the ceiling on what their teams can produce, decide, and adapt. AI accelerates the trap, the leader is now the bottleneck at machine speed.
The shift is from manager to coach. From having the answers to asking the questions. From directing work to developing the people who do it. This is what separates teams that scale their capacity in the age of AI from teams that keep routing everything through a single person.

What leaders can expect after the program:
Coach before they solve. Ask the questions that build judgment on their team, instead of substituting for it.
Develop capability, not dependency. Turn everyday work into everyday development.
Lead through change. Hold direction steady while the work, and the tools, keep shifting.
Build a coaching culture. Establish the language, cadence, and habits that make coaching the default, not the exception.
Why great leaders learn to coach:
Improves productivity. People who are coached are more willing to go above and beyond to achieve results than people with managers who don't coach.
Increases retention. Being coached more than doubles the likelihood that people won't even consider leaving the organization.
Improves engagement. People who are coached are more engaged and committed than people with managers who don't coach.
Encourages development. People who are coached work to develop themselves more than people with managers who don't coach.
Be a GR8 Coach™ is a coached experience, start to finish.
A GA | Ultra Leadership coach leads every workshop, every small group session, and every 1:1 conversation. This isn't a course participants download and click through. They coach, get coached, and apply what they learn to real work.
20 weeks. 33 total learning hours. Maximum coach-to-participant ratio: 1:10. Cohort or team-based enrollment.
Two ways to run it
Hybrid Program
An in-person and virtual experience that begins with a two-day in-person workshop, followed by self-directed fieldwork, monthly small group coaching, and one-on-one coaching.
Virtual Program
The same live experience—workshops, self-directed fieldwork, small group coaching, and one-on-one coaching—delivered fully online, without the in-person travel.
Both formats include:
Workshops or webinars that anchor each phase of the learning
Fieldwork that turns learning into daily practice in participants' real work
Small group coaching where participants give feedback, practice coaching, and discuss progress
One-on-one coaching that meets each participant where they are
Learning hub for tools, resources, and connections with peers and coaches
What Our Clients Say
Senior Manager | Global Software
“This program opened my eyes to what it means to coach someone—as opposed to just providing Q&A-style support and guidance.”
Director | National Bank
"I was able to implement a difficult change because I leaned on my coaching skills and built trust with my team."
Customer Service Manager | Digital Services
"I've learned to give feedback instead of criticism—and that shift has turned tension and defensiveness into buy-in and forward momentum."
Customer Service | Manager, Software
"My mindset shift was noticeable—not just in work, but even with friends. When they told me about an issue, I started asking questions to help them figure it out for themselves, rather than jumping in with the solution I would see. And with my team, having the framework meant I could stop taking every issue onto my plate and instead help people see they were capable of solving it themselves."
Director, Software
"The biggest impact was realizing how many more interactions with my employees are actually coaching opportunities, rather than just moments to give instructions. In many ways it's a form of delegation—it frees up time for me and grows the team's skill set at the same time."

Most leadership programs deliver content. Be a GR8 Coach delivers practice. Every session is live and coach-led. Your leaders don't just learn a coaching model, they apply it in real time with a small cohort, get coached on their actual challenges, and coach each other. What they learn shows up in their team meetings the next week, not six months later.

The program itself is fully delivered by GA | Ultra Leadership coaches. The main ask on the organization is executive sponsorship — leaders who champion the shift and give their people permission to lead differently.
