deep coaching, dynamic facilitation, and evidence-based leadership practices. My mission is to catalyze meaningful, measurable impact through human-centered transformation—one conversation, one insight, one bold move at a time.

I am a transformational change leader, coach, and facilitator with 20+ years of global experience designing and delivering strategic programs that drive innovation, build leadership capability, and spark systemic change. My career spans roles as a global brand leader, intrapreneur, and super-connector—collaborating with startups to Fortune 500s to co-create impactful solutions that shift mindsets, reshape cultures, and activate purpose.

As a seasoned facilitator and certified coach, I specialize in unlocking human potential and helping individuals and organizations navigate complex change with clarity, courage, and creativity. From boardrooms to frontline teams, I’ve guided countless leaders to connect deeply, lead authentically, and accelerate growth.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Durham University and Emlyon, focusing on Leadership and Change. I also hold an Executive Master’s in Change from INSEAD, completed the CTI Coaching Program, and graduated from the Executive Leadership Program at THNK.

At my core, I am a catalyst—energizing people and possibilities to reimagine what’s possible. I believe leadership is a force for good, and I’m committed to growing this capacity in others through coaching, facilitation, and transformational learning experiences. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me traveling the world, cooking meals that bring people together, and savoring great wine with family and friends. (I’m officially a certified chef—and yes, I’ve studied to be a sommelier too!)
