Sina partners with professionals dedicated to navigating a path towards meaningful change. She balances her 20 years of management experience with deep insight into all leadership styles, while driving towards business success. Her experience spans human resources, accounting, marketing, client management, and sales. Sina serves as a coach, demonstrating empathy and a keen interest in understanding and activating her client’s goals. She is highly skilled at translating leadership vision into actionable strategies.
As Ultra Leadership’s Leadership Development Lead, Sina has spent the last decade designing, managing Leadership Development Programs such as facilitated workshops, online group skill building, peer coaching, and enterprise-wide strategies.
Recent clients span software, insurance, energy and banking and her credentials include Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
When she’s not busy making an impact professionally, Sina is all about giving back. She’s involved with non-profits that support underserved communities and teaches meditation to people from all walks of life.
And when it is time to unwind, Sina can be found outdoors hiking, fishing, scuba diving, and traveling with her husband, family, and friends.
