Sina is the General Manager of Ultra Leadership, where she helps organizations build a shared way to lead. She brings more than 20 years of management experience across human resources, accounting, marketing, client management, and sales, and she is highly skilled at translating leadership vision into actionable strategies.
For the past decade, Sina has designed and led leadership development programs, including facilitated workshops, online group skill building, peer coaching, and enterprise-wide leadership development strategies. Today she oversees Ultra Leadership’s core offerings: Be a GR8 Coach, which helps people managers move from expert problem-solver to coach; Leading Human + AI Teams, which helps leaders combine human judgment with AI capability; and Ultra OS, a shared operating system for aligning leadership teams and coordinating action at scale.
As an executive coach, Sina partners with leaders navigating meaningful change. She is known for her empathy, her directness, and a keen interest in understanding and activating her clients’ goals. Recent clients span software, insurance, energy, and banking. Her credentials include Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
Outside of work, Sina supports non-profits serving underserved communities and teaches meditation to people from all walks of life. When it’s time to unwind, she can be found hiking, fishing, scuba diving, and traveling with her husband, family, and friends.
